[Nano] add pt dgpu inference how-to-guide (#8026)

* minor adjustment + system info

* minor adjustment for appearance

* fix bugs

* add system info

* fix syntax errors

* adjust docs according to comments

* final adjustment

* delete gpu workflow testing
